Privacy policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what data Arregio, the system for running repair shops, uses, what for, who it shares it with, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It applies to arregio.com, app.arregio.com and the mobile app.

If we wrote to you to introduce Arregio and you don't have an account yet, the notice that applies to you is the one at getarregio.com/privacidad.

In summary

  • Who: Aro & Pedal SRL operates Arregio and is responsible for your account data.
  • Your customers' data belongs to your shop: we store and use it only to provide the service, on your behalf.
  • We don't sell data or use it for other companies' advertising.
  • Measurement: we use tools to measure how the website and the app are used, our ads and errors. Details are in section 7.
  • Contact: for any request about your data, write to [email protected].

1. Who is responsible for the data

Aro & Pedal SRL, RNC 101570059, with its address at Av. 27 de Febrero núm. 112, Don Bosco, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is the company that operates Arregio. It is responsible for the data of the people who use Arregio (the owner and the team of each shop) and of visitors to arregio.com.

Your shop decides and enters its customers' data (names, phone numbers, devices, orders) and is responsible for it. Arregio stores and processes that data on your shop's behalf and only to provide the service.

2. What data we use

  • Your account: shop name, your name, email and password (we can't see it: it is stored protected), plus your phone number and profile photo if you add them. Also each user's role and branch.
  • Your shop's data: tax ID, address, logo, bank accounts and social media, if you enter them.
  • What you enter in the system: customers with their phone numbers and, if you add them, email, ID document and address; devices and vehicles with serial number, IMEI, plate or VIN; photos and attachments; orders, quotes, customer payments, commissions and appointments; signatures at drop-off or delivery; pickup and delivery addresses.
  • Your customers' responses: quote approvals and ratings, with the IP address they were sent from.
  • Paying for your plan: Lemon Squeezy charges it. We don't see or store your card details; only your subscription status and your invoices.
  • Technical logs: sign-ins, order changes with the IP address, and website and app errors, for security and support.
  • Contact form: what you write, plus your IP address, browser and approximate country, to stop spam.
  • Location: only if you ask for it to place a branch on the map. We don't track your location. When you set up your account, we look up your country from your IP address.

3. What we use it for

  • Providing the service: storing your orders and customers, sending the notifications you have turned on, and calculating commissions and reports.
  • Charging for your plan and letting you know about your payments.
  • Giving you support. If it is needed to solve a problem, someone on our team may access your account; that access is logged.
  • Keeping the system secure and preventing abuse.
  • Measuring how the website and the app are used to improve them, and whether our ads work (section 7).
  • Writing to you about your account and important changes to the service.

We don't use your customers' data to contact them on our own or for advertising.

4. Notifications to your customers

Arregio sends your customers notifications about their orders (order received, quote to approve, order ready, reminders and review request) by WhatsApp and email, in your shop's name. Order notifications are on by default and you can turn each type off in the settings; maintenance reminders are only sent if you turn them on.

Your shop is responsible for having its customers' permission to enter their data and contact them. WhatsApp maintenance reminders include an option to stop receiving them.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent data, and we don't give it to other companies for their own purposes. It is only used by the providers that help us run the service, on our behalf:

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and files.
  • Hostinger: servers that run the website and the system.
  • Cloudflare: network, site security and bot checks.
  • Resend: sending email.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business): sending WhatsApp notifications. If your shop connects its own WhatsApp account through Twilio, Twilio as well.
  • Lemon Squeezy: charging for paid plans.
  • Google Maps: maps and address search.
  • ip-api.com: detecting your country when you set up your account.
  • PostHog, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta: measuring usage and our ads (section 7).
  • Sentry: error logging.
  • Expo and browser notification services: notifications to the shop's team.

These providers may store data outside your country, mainly in the United States. We also hand data to an authority when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

  • While your account is active.
  • If you close your account from Settings, it stays closed and you can reactivate it for 30 days. After that, if you ask us at [email protected], we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. If you don't ask, we keep your data.
  • The change history of orders and customers can't be edited: it is the record that protects your shop.

7. Cookies and measurement

  • Necessary: they keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as language or branch. Without them you can't sign in.
  • Measurement on arregio.com: PostHog, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel tell us how the website is used and whether our ads work. When you create your account or write to us, we let Meta know about that sign-up with your email turned into a code that cannot be reversed, to measure our ads.
  • Measurement in the app: PostHog, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. PostHog and Sentry may record how the screen moves to understand errors, with what you type in forms hidden.

You can block measurement cookies in your browser or with an ad blocker.

8. Security

  • Each shop sees only its own data and, within the shop, each user sees what their role allows.
  • Connections are encrypted.
  • On our team, only people who need the data for their work can access it.

No system is infallible. If an incident affects your data, we will let you know.

9. Your rights

You can ask us what data we have about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it or object to a use. Write to [email protected] from your account email. It's free and we reply within 10 business days at most.

If you are a customer of a shop that uses Arregio, ask that shop first, since it is responsible for your data. If you write to us, we will pass your request on.

If you are not satisfied, you can go to the data protection authority in your country.

10. Minors

Arregio is a service for businesses and is not aimed at people under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change it, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is important, we let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
