Does it work for my trade?

Yes. Arregio comes with 24 trades, each with its own equipment template, service catalog and vocabulary: Cellphones, Motorcycles, Bicycles, Computers, Air conditioners, Consoles, Appliances, Vehicles and 16 more. If yours is not on the list, you start on the generic template and tune it to your shop.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

Your account moves to the Free plan on its own and you keep working: you lose no data, no orders and no customers. Free is free forever: it caps volume (25 orders per month, 2 users and 1 location) and does not include automatic WhatsApp. You move up when your shop asks for it, not before.

How many techs and locations fit in each plan?

Free: 2 users and 1 location. Starter: 3 users and 1 location. Pro: unlimited users and up to 3 locations. Business: users and locations with no cap. Automatic WhatsApp starts on Starter (30 messages), goes up to 100 on Pro and 250 on Business.

Can I bring my data and my team?

Yes. Customers, parts and services come in from Excel, and our team walks you through the move at no cost. You add your people with their role: admin, manager, advisor or technician. Technicians never see store order prices, and you decide whether they see their own commissions.
